Vacancy for Lecturer in Computational Chemistry with TU Dublin - apply by Fri 19th May
The School of Chemical & BioPharmaceutical Sciences, Technological University Dublin is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic team player to the position of Lecturer in Computational Chemistry on a Specified Purpose Wholetime basis for up to three years. The post is based at our Grangegorman campus but may be reassigned at the discretion of TU Dublin.
The candidate will be an expert in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry and have a strong background in applying computational methods / data analytics / machine learning in fields such as material chemistry, drug design, molecular simulation/docking/modelling.
The appointee will lead the School in developing and implementing innovative curriculum content, pedagogies and assessments in the area of computational chemistry. The appointee will contribute strongly to teaching and assessment particularly at undergraduate level throughout the School and will play a key role in programme quality assurance, management, administration.
