The US Presidential Election - What, if?

The 2024 United States presidential election is set to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. I kindly request the readers of this post to answer the questions and form their personal opinions, too. Focus is being placed on the Republican candidate and ex-President Donald Trump, including his followers.

We all know that the results of the 2020 presidential election were questioned and never accepted by the ex-President. The January 6, 2021 Capitol Hill incidents are also still in our memories. The importance of the Republican candidate winning this election is no secret. Let's concentrate on the days prior and election day.

• What, if the surveys indicate the candidate of the Democratic Party winning comfortably?
• Will the Republicans accept it?
• What, if demonstrations take place near the polling stations on election day?
• Could the final vote counting be delayed, postponed or a new voting date be announced?

It is just an hypotheses that should not be discarded based on the 2020 post-election events.
