Tuning Into Your True Frequency
Good morning and welcome to another edition of our Tuesday reflections on the Limen Path.
Today, I want to talk about something that touches all of us, whether or not we're always aware of it: energy and intention — and how easily they get misplaced when we’re living life on autopilot.
It’s frighteningly easy to fall into patterns without questioning them. We go through the motions, doing what we think we should do, because that’s what we’ve always done. Or because that’s what society, culture, or family expect. And without realizing it, we end up spending most of our precious energy faking, performing, and enduring, rather than living.
The tragedy is that the more energy we spend performing, the less we have left for anything truly authentic. And authenticity is the highest frequency.
When you live and work from an authentic place, opportunities you never could have imagined begin to flow toward you. The quantum field responds — not to your mask, but to your signal.
Think about it: How many mornings have you woken up, put on an outfit you hate — the same suit you've owned for ten years — and trudged to a job that feels like a slow drain on your soul? Maybe you grumble through the commute, curse the traffic, silently judge your boss or your coworkers, and wonder why on Earth it’s so important to sit in an office for eight hours just to stare at a screen.
Sound familiar?
For most people, it does. And sadly, it's been normalized. We treat life itself as something to overcome, to endure, rather than experience.
Yes, we all have responsibilities. There are financial realities, adult obligations. But somewhere along the way, we stopped asking ourselves a vital question: What do I ask of myself?
What if — just for a moment — you set down all the "shoulds" and "musts" and external expectations? What if the only thing that mattered was living in a way that felt right?
It’s a reflection I captured once in a poem, at a time when I realized the deep cost of living disconnected from our calling. I offer it here today as a reminder:
The Sin of Denying the Soul’s Calling by Rilee Astraea
I’ve come to realize something audacious— I will never work a day in my life again.
Yes, I will write. I will create art. But that’s not work. That’s what I was born to do.
I think back to all the people who tried to tell me it was crazy to pursue my passion— and now I wonder… How are so many people still asleep?
Why do we believe it’s noble to ignore the very thing our soul aches for? Why do we turn away from what God placed in our hearts— as if answering that call is shameful?
Whether it’s fear, judgment, or projection— to deny someone their designing nature, to sever them from their passion, isn’t just close-minded. It’s cruel.
It’s a sin to teach a person to silence the voice within—the one calling them home.
No, I will never get back the years I gave to the matrix. But I will honor the ones I have left. And I will answer the call.
That call — the one that stirs quietly in your chest, the one that feels both terrifying and familiar — that call is your true frequency.
Most channels will be static. But if you listen closely, and refuse to settle for noise, you’ll find the one that plays your song. And when you do, life doesn’t just feel different — it becomes different.
There will still be bumps. There will still be the strange, human sadness of it all. But when you are aligned, even the hardest moments carry a lightness, a meaning, a strange kind of grace.

This life is too short to live on mute. Too sacred to waste on borrowed dreams.
So today — tune in. Let your energy lead. Expand your quantum field by living in your truth, not outside of it.
The Universe is listening.
The only question is — will you answer the call?
This Week’s Reflection
"What spark inside you have you been too afraid — or too busy — to honor?" Listen closely. It’s still burning.
Step Forward 🌀
One small way to embody today’s reflection:
When you wake up tomorrow, before reaching for your phone or slipping into old routines, pause. Ask yourself: "What would I do today if I were truly honoring my soul’s calling?" Even if the answer is small — a five-minute creative act, a bold conversation, a different route to work — honor it. One authentic step sends ripples across the field.

4dThis is one of the most resonant reflections I’ve read in a long time. You’ve captured what so many of us have felt but struggled to put into words—the silent ache of living out of sync with our soul’s design. I felt this line like a bell ringing: “To deny someone their designing nature… isn’t just close-minded. It’s cruel.” Thank you for the reminder that alignment isn’t a luxury—it’s a responsibility. I’ve walked that path of performance, and now I’m answering the call too. Keep writing. You’re shifting lives.
