With the ever increasing pressure to handle claims faster and precise features like Autopilot for CC are a step in the right direction. Managers see the eye catching "AI" label and think it will solve all of their problems. Process automation and optimization can be a great step to implement BEFORE dicing into the world of AI models. It's great that in Sollers we use all approaches not only the "buzzword" worthy ones 🙂
