Sky is the Limit? Or is it?
How often do we doubt ourselves, despite knowing at our core that we are talented enough. Why then is it so difficult for us to trust ourselves?
Here are 3 perspective shifts that helped me.
1. “Don’t doubt your potential, doubt your limits”. (Caption Credit: Maya Raichoora)
Many times, we don’t realize that many of our so-called beliefs are those given to us by society, friends, and family. We tend to internalize these beliefs, and they end up becoming our value systems and truths.
People themselves are value systems and are projecting consciously and subconsciously what was taught to them.
we realize that it’s not about us or our success, but mostly about the lens, perspective, and experiences through which they view the world. Someone or something taught them that they are not enough or that there should be limits on what is possible.
2. Remember “Personality creates personal reality”. (Caption credit :Joe Dispenza)
If we keep looking for faults, we find them.
If we keep looking for joy, we find it.
If you think nothing is impossible, you start believing it. you start acting like it,

In simple terms, your personality influences your vibrational reality. It is impossible to feel genuine gratitude and worry simultaneously. Both states cannot coexist.
We can choose consciously to be grateful. And the universe will bless you with a million things to be grateful for. Because the brain and the universe love to provide us with the evidence we are so desperately looking for. Similarly, the energy we show up within a single task almost always reflects in other things we say and do. Rushing one thing, most probably, you tend to rush another million things. So why not become the energy you want to invite in?
3. There are no failures only feedback.
Often we push ourselves into thinking and believing that to make mistakes is wrong. But isn’t growth simply another term for making mistakes and learning from them?
I remember I would be super critical of myself thinking i needed to get everything right the first time and make no mistakes, because making mistakes was equated with being bad. But that only made me miserable and harsh on myself and it reflected in the behavior i had with others, i was ready to jump and find mistakes.
So now I understand that It’s not about not failing, but understanding the feedback of what did work, what needed course correction, and what needed elimination.
When someone doubts your potential, thank them. Forgive them for their small thinking, it’s not their fault. Send them love and compassion because they were never able to realize their dreams.
Thank them because you have now learned to doubt your limits and what’s possible for you. Perhaps they are doubting you because they keep looking for reasons why something can’t work and they are simply projecting that because its easier than accepting that they are still capable of change and of achieving greatness.
Their doubting you is not a reflection of your capabilities or capacity, but simply a reflection of their reality and unfulfilled desires.
Maybe no one taught them, how powerful they are and can be the ultimate co-creators of their universe. Be kind, be the bigger person, and be ok with the understanding that it is the extent of their growth and has nothing to do with you.
