We are all aware that SAP S/4HANA introduced Embedded Analytics as part of the SAP S/4 solution. A great starting point to explore this feature is the overview pages. SAP has created an overview page for each line of business that can help you explore this functionality.
Example: Procurement Overview Page - App ID F1990. (Note: Ensure you have the necessary authorizations for the underlying Fiori apps to access the information.)
On the overview page, you can drill down into the information using a filter option. The available apps are categorized based on various parameters such as Plant, Company Code, Purchasing Group, Material, and Material Group. Information is displayed on a set of actionable cards, allowing you to focus on the most important tasks and enabling faster decision-making and immediate action.
You can view critical procurement information on a single page, and the overview page can be customized to fit your needs. You can rearrange the cards by dragging and dropping them, as well as hide or show specific cards. Additionally, the cards can be resized based on your preferences.
