Yep, I did that in previous experience around 10 years ago. The main difference we offers Managed Service on Customer Premise with remote management (In Denver).

Reminds me of companies like Sanrise, StorageNetworks etc (which were called storage service provider -SSPs , way back in early 2000). Raised huge amounts of cash and eventually fizzled out due to weak business model. I can surely understand the value which current crop of CSPs bring in but not sure what has changed to make primary storage delivery over network effective!!
