2023 has been pivotal for us in expanding our global footprint and establishing meaningful industry contacts. We've been fortunate to participate in 10+ prestigious international events, each contributing uniquely to our growth and network, such as Invest In Grenoble Alpes Bootcamp, Expand North Star, Euroshop, and MAPIC.


A Year of Rapid Growth 📈

We presented our product to 350+ new customers from 14 different countries. We helped over 70 brands to listen to the voice of Customers and Employees. We increased the number of countries where we actively collect data to 19. We launched the partner ecosystem in 8 different countries. Our dynamic team of 16 people is set to expand further in 2024!

Throughout the year, we harnessed the power of big data, analyzing over 1 million data points daily with our advanced AI-based NLP model. Our commitment to understanding customer sentiment shone through as we processed 100,000+ pieces of feedback each day, sparking actionable insights with 20,000+ instant alarms. Our efforts culminated in the generation of more than 25,000 automated reports, contributing to a substantial average increase of 7 points in our partners' Net Promoter Scores (NPS). We continue to strengthen the experience journey with AI-supported new features and reports.
