Peter Colla, a american born but european trained practicing Physical Therapist, President/CEO as well as Medical Business Owner with over thirty years of Executive Rehabilitation Directing experience. Over this period he has been involved in the development, growth and even formation of a dozen rehabilitation departments in various companies either directly or in a consulting basis. "Program" Start-Up’s, led school district’s and children’s rehabilitation programs in their early Departmental Development. Management and teaching Experience being used as an Arizona local, taking the roll of Lead Therapist, recruiting, marketing, and promoting, while volunteering in a number of Boards, Charitable Organizations as well as High School Varsity level Coaching of Inner City Schools has all been his passion.
He has continued his Practical Engagement in Direct Patient Treatments in all these areas of engagement while honing his skills in identifying areas of improvement and attempting to facilitate the programs to accomplish them. He has been the director, in some case teacher, or supervisor of hundred’s of physical therapy students and practitioners in the phoenix metropolitan area. He has started or ran the rehab programs for Out-Patient Clinics, Senior Living Facilities, and schools. Home Health grid matrix growth, bundled care, Acute Care, surgical centers, Pain Clinics, FRP program initiation, even Legal Representation, professional testimony, as well as grant writing, have all fallen within these areas of experience and expertise.
Perhaps it was his broad philosophical base of training or perhaps his desire to incorporate travel into his life that led him to participate as a consultant in everything from, 2008 Olympics wrestling team in Beijing, to varsity football coaching of inner city kids in phoenix. Creative arts and black belt martial arts training and instruction are the balance that he uses in his own life. Leading finally to half way around the world engaging and volunteering for a short time in the needs of women and children refugees Internationally as a professional speaker, representing the office of Goodwill Ambassador and Special Envoy to the United Nations, working with The United Green Refugee Council in India.
In 2012 he sold his private practices and over the course of the last few years Peter has engaged primarily in consulting in the area of Rehabilitation Development, Traveling, and Public Speaking, taking some time off to get married, continuing his writing and seeking the right company that is not only interested in growth, but has the heart to place the definitive needs of its patients first. Peter believes we should not just treat symptomatically, but with a passion that helps people realize the potential of true rehabilitation services and the wisdom to identify this healing potential in every aspect it can be seen.
