Be open..be restless.. be confident

If we can follow these three fundamentals then history will remember the era of 2020 not for what we lost, but for what we changed. We are in a time of rapid change that forces people to adapt to the way we work and learn.

The advancement of one age turns into the establishment premise for the next. What's more, it takes another arrangement of individuals to tag along and understand all the conceivable outcomes. 

There are presumably things about innovation that baffle us and make us anxious. 

  • Try not to lose restlessness. 
  • It will make the innovation upheaval and empower us to manufacture things that prior ages would never dream of. 
  • CIOs' top priorities today focus less on tech and more on people and upskilling and reskilling.
  • So we need to build a culture that is based on empathy, empowerment, and a faster pace of decision making.

The significant thing is to be receptive, you can discover what you love... set aside the effort to discover the things that energize you more than all else on the planet. Not the thing your folks need you to do.
