Smarter Inventory Management
Managing your inventory is now simpler and more streamlined with these updates:
- Expiry Product Notifications: Store Admins and Employees will now receive bell notifications for products nearing expiry. This ensures timely action, helping you minimize losses and optimize stock management.
- Bulk Price Updates: You can now update the fixed price for multiple products in bulk, tailored to specific locations, saving significant time and effort.
- Multi-Barcode Imports: Add multiple barcodes for products in bulk using the new ‘Import Multi-Barcode’ sheet in the Product module, improving efficiency in handling inventory.
Improved Barcode Management
Barcoding processes have been made more accurate and tailored to your needs:
- Barcodes from Purchase Bills: Barcodes generated directly from purchase bills, will now display the price from the corresponding purchase bill.
- Barcodes via Material Creation: Easily create barcodes for final products generated via the Material Creation process.
- Business Specific Barcode Generation: Generate barcodes for specific products based on business needs, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

Reports with Deeper Insights
Make better data-driven decisions with enhanced reporting tools:
- Expiry Management Report: A new Location filter and Location column have been added to provide better clarity and analysis of expiry products.
- Salesman Report: A new Customer Name column allows you to identify the customers to whom products were sold, providing better tracking and follow-up opportunities.
Seamless Tally Integration
To simplify compliance, we’ve mapped VasyERP’s and Tally’s Nature of Transactions item-wise, ensuring better handling of exceptions in GSTR reports.
Additional Enhancements
We’ve introduced small but impactful changes to improve your experience:
- Renamed ‘Duplicate Multiple Barcode’ Setting: This setting is now called ‘Duplicate Barcode’, and it functions independently of multi-barcode features for added clarity.
- Save and Create New: A new button on the Journal Voucher creation page makes it quicker and easier to process multiple vouchers consecutively.
