Analyzing a big spreadsheet of data can be tough. Consider "pivoting" your data into selected Rows & Columns of your choosing. The original data remains untouched. The PivotTable displays your results. Add a Slicer to make it extra easy to Filter your data!

This is great Dawn! I use Pivot Tables in Office 2013 right now for Technology Inventory reports. I hadn’t seen the 2016 version of Pivot Table used. I like that last feature you utilized. Thanks for sharing.
