When did you start at MWU?

I started working at Move With Us in April 2024!

What does your role involve at MWU?

As a Digital Operations Coordinator at Move With Us, my role focuses on all things eCommerce, particularly managing our Shopify website to ensure seamless user experiences and optimised performance. I collaborate closely with our Lifecycle Lead and the Digital Team to execute strategies that drive engagement and growth. Recently, I’ve also been expanding my expertise by taking on more responsibilities in Paid Advertising, adding another exciting dimension to my role. Since joining in April, it’s been incredible to contribute to such a dynamic and innovative team!

Can you share a recent achievement or project you’re proud of?

One of my recent achievements I’m particularly proud of is navigating my first official eCommerce Black Friday experience. November was a whirlwind with so much going on, but I’m really proud of how our Digital Marketing Team performed and the hard work we put in throughout the month. We saw some fantastic results, learned valuable lessons, and I’m excited to apply these insights as we fine-tune our strategies for 2025!

What's the most valuable lesson you've learned in your time at MWU?

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned at Move With Us is the importance of truly listening to customers and using their feedback to continuously enhance their experience. Community is the backbone of any business, and I’m proud to be part of a team so dedicated to ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. This commitment to customer satisfaction not only fuels business growth but also fosters lasting relationships with our community—a true win-win!

If you could describe your MWU journey in three words, what would they be?

Growth. Collaboration. Fun.

My Move With Us journey has been all about learning new skills, embracing collaboration, thinking outside the box, and having fun with an incredible team. From team workouts to endless laughs, every day is an exciting opportunity to grow and connect!

Which part of Move With Us' culture do you value the most?

The incredible team spirit and sense of community.

At Move With Us, everyone genuinely has your back and is always ready to help or collaborate. The emphasis on the team’s well-being fosters a positive environment that naturally extends to how we care for and prioritise our wider community. It’s truly inspiring to be part of a culture that wholeheartedly supports its people and mission!

What is your favourite MWU Program or Challenge and why?

My favourite Move With Us Program has to be the Hybrid Program! I love Coach Annabelle's training style, which blends Running and Strength Training into the perfect mix—just what I need when I want to focus on my running.

That said, I’ve recently found a close second favourite: Coach Alex’s new Lift & Sculpt Program. The strength-focused workouts are tough, and let’s just say my legs are reminding me of it—but I’m here for the progress!

Favourite memory or experience while working for MWU?

There are already so many! But my favourite experiences would have to be doing the team workouts - its so much fun getting to test out a new program or do a workout with a new coach. I absolutely love that this is my job!
