Making it work... against all odds...

It was a real privilege to work last week with the Disasters Emergency Committee. This charity coordinates the response to disasters around the world between 15 of the largest charities in the world.

DEC first got in touch a few years ago to discuss how we could support live streaming and broadcast for their press conferences which might happen live from war zones or areas affected by natural disasters. They're of course heard about our Present:anywhere service.

Last week, we broadcast the press conference to launch the campaign for the Myanmar disaster relief effort. It was an honour to play a role, however small, in efforts that save lives and rebuild communities. This is why we do what we do.
