But the desire to grow say improve your health and fitness, or even grow a business when you're not diggin' 'the new normal' can be super low too.
If I was a betting man, and my predictions are pretty decent -
I would expect us in the UK to be able to get back some kind of normal in around May time.
With incremental progress happening from mid-march (like gyms reopening but with the same strict measures)
If you are finding the current lockdown tougher, you are very much in the many.
But there’s a few things you can do to make the next few months a positive one such as
Make sure you do get in some kind training or physical activities throughout the week to keep you fit and healthy especially in these times as it’s something within your control.
Get up early and ventured outside on the brightest of days to help top up your Vitamin-D as a natural way to boost your immune system and mood.
Use Technology for the positive such as keeping in touch with your love ones and see how their doing, so you don’t feel alone, sharing stories keep the human connection alive.
Make sure you’re getting enough sleep to aid with your recovery, reduce stress and anxiety where possible.
Where possible stay away from negative influence that you know trigger your emotions and reduce screen time where possible, it’s the it’s easy tools the market, media and news influences us subconsciously without you know what’s happening.
Make sure you are eating a balanced meal made up of protein, lots of veggies/carbs and healthy fats as it will definitely help keep in keepingyour energy
Ps: if the scales has been creeping up over the last few months due to emotionally eating, make a decision today to reduce those trigger food and that indirectly will help to lower the scales, your joints and mindset will thank you later.
Make plans for the future it helps the mind to look to greener pastures and give you something to look forward to.
Until then, chin up, do what you can, keep believing in yourself because that is ALWAYS good enough.
Time to “BE MORE”
One love
