Don't try to build a massive, complex program overnight. Start small, focus on doing a few things exceptionally well, and scale strategically. Innovation often begins with those small, consistent steps, and each one builds momentum for the next.
And when you achieve those wins? Celebrate them! I'm challenging everyone at the conference to create a win wire format to highlight successes. Share these internally using tools like Teams or Slack to keep your stakeholders informed and energized. But dont stop there – use your PRM (Partner Relationship Management) system, like ZiftONE, to amplify those wins to your partners through to-partner emails and portal pop-ups. This keeps everyone motivated and aligned.
Speaking of stakeholders, get your company leadership excited about your channel strategy! Involve them in key deals, provide regular metrics, and keep them updated on your progress. Their buy-in is crucial for long-term success. Ultimately, great SaaS companies are built on consistently doing the little things well.
