A Letter From Chris Konow on Employee Appreciation Day

On National Employee Appreciation Day 2022, I want to take this time to celebrate the incredibly talented employees I get the opportunity to work with at CleanSlate Technology Group. Some of these employees have been working with me for many years in the consulting services industry and others are newly hired employees just getting their feet wet and engaged on exciting new projects with our ever-growing team and clients. Being in the consulting services industry, CleanSlate’s mission is to provide our clients with valuable information, solve critical problems, provide recommendations, and assist with building modern and innovative solutions. 

Ultimately, CleanSlate is in the “people business” providing truly innovative and inspirational consultants that are curious, smart, take risks, explore new ideas, learn from our mistakes, and constantly exceed our clients' and partner expectations. Beyond the basics of providing good solutions and good customer service, our CleanSlate team has always understood that we are bound by our relationship with people and for us, that is our personal relationship with our clients and partners. I believe CleanSlate has worked to develop a strong and strategic company strategy that has been executed by our team over the last two crazy years, and we will continue to execute against this strategic plan over the next 3 to 5 years, BUT what makes the most difference for CleanSlate has always been our highly productive and engaged workforce that wants to achieve business success for our clients. 

Overall, every one of our employees is passionate and that passion creates excitement for what we do and how we do it for our teams and clients. Our employees also show such empathy, and we listen to solve our clients’ problems and future proof our clients’ solutions. CleanSlate employees work for the WE mindset. We celebrate the diversity and distinctiveness of our team's skills and experiences. We harness the varied skills and unique talents of our team members to collectively build unstoppable momentum and unimaginable achievement. At CleanSlate, our core values mean something to our employees because each employee operates, behaves, and interacts with each team member and client on a day-to-day basis in this incredible way and manner. 

In honor of Employee Appreciation Day and on behalf of myself and the entire leadership at CleanSlate I wanted to say THANK YOU to every member of our 60+ sales, innovation, consulting, and operations teams and I applaud your continued efforts to go the extra mile each day. I am honored to work with each and every one of you! Since moving into a leadership position at CleanSlate, I have tried to think each day of how we can put our employees first to maintain our great culture and team. I know we don’t always get it right, but I am 1000% committed to providing the best workplace environment we can and providing each of you with abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth. Thank you CleanSlate employees for being the best employees in the cloud consulting services business. Keep challenging me to provide everything you need to be wildly successful and unique.
