Let's Simplify AI for Government.

Let's Simplify AI for Government.

AI is a pretty complex topic. Most people can spell it. But can you explain it?

Albert Einstein told us, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." Across all the places we've experienced AI, I'm willing to bet you still might not understand what it is. Certainly not well enough to explain it simply. And most definitely not well enough to explain how to defend it across your security stack. Or more importantly... how to train it to defend your security stack for you or augment your current cybersecurity platform.

As part of Microsoft's commitment to responsible AI practices, two of the key principles are 1) Transparency and 2) Privacy and security. This means we have a responsibility to help you understand how this technology works and how it can empower your workforce to perform at new heights; and how it can take your cybersecurity investments to the next level and bridge the workforce gap. As the primary collaboration platform across the federal government, Department of Defense, and Northern Capital Region State & Local Governments, Microsoft has an important role in peeling back the layers of this technology for government technology and security practitioners in a way that simplifies and demonstrates how it can be operationalized to maximize workforce productivity, privacy and security.

We are excited to host the first-of-its-kind Microsoft Government AI Security Summit in Arlington, VA at the Microsoft Technology Center on May 14 and 15, 2024. This 2-day event will feature a full day of executive-level AI-focused presentations which aim to simplify and demonstrate how AI interacts with your workforce, data and cybersecurity investments, as well as a full day dedicated to more in-depth technical sessions which will deep-dive into product technology areas, AI readiness, policy considerations, and much more.

More information about this event can be found here.

Microsoft is proud to be partner-led, and this event will bring together many of our industry partners who specialize in government technology adoption and support.

*Event space is limited so please prioritize early registration.

**Event is open to federal government employees (to include DoD and IC), state and local government employees, and government-adjacent organizations which support these government agencies (i.e. contracted system integrators). Registrants must use official email for registration. Personal email (i.e. Outlook, Gmail) will not be accepted.
