Three days ago (15th Jan’23), we had a session on Leadership for Self-Development, where we were 10 participants from Sales Pro Plus group. Our mentor & guide Mr Chander Sharma - Clarity Coach asked us to create the Master Mind Group (MMG) for further learning & development. This MMG of Co-Learners will act as The Inner Circle for all of us on Leadership Lessons & Practices.
The Inner Circle is important, as no one can succeed alone or by his own. A Leader’s capabilities develop with PEOPLE he interacts in his close circle. The Inner Circle makes the big difference in, what kind of Leader You want to be or You are? Isn’t it?
To bring the Inner Circle in activation one needs to be intentional in building up the relationships & bring more Colors to Life. The People in the Inner Circle must have high influence on others. They need to possess strength in your areas of weakness. And they must value these differences and add strength to your projects & life. Finally, they must impact each member of the group positively.
One needs to build his Inner Circle Intentionally & Strategically for maximum gains & the Rainbow in your life will emerge at will.
