Jim Autenreith has nearly two decades of experience as a broker and owner in commercial real estate. As a seasoned leader in the real estate industry, he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Jim’s dedication, passion and ability to innovate hold immeasurable value to his clients and enhance every project.

Prior to joining KBC, Jim served as the executive vice president and managing director of the Industrial and Investment Services Group at Moody Rambin. In his time at Moody Rambin, Jim was instrumental in driving growth, innovation and operational excellence. His expertise is wide reaching with experience including landlord representation, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, sale-leaseback and investments. Over the past ten years, Jim has completed leases and sales totaling over $500M.

Prior to joining KBC, William served as the vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he was an integral part of a high-performing team, assisting in the management of a leasing portfolio of over 40M SF. Throughout his career, William has completed more than 500 projects, totaling more than $450M. Along with his deep market knowledge and strong industry relationships, William’s expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, where he has consistently delivered value to property owners, tenants and investors through data-driven insights and a client-centric approach.
