JavaScript and Node.js Team Lead (Superhero Required)

We are looking for a #JavaScript and #Node.js Team Lead who can take our team to new heights and make our code fly faster than a speeding bullet. This person must be able to lead by example and be a true #superhero when it comes to coding.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of JavaScript and Node.js developers.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Be the go-to person for all JavaScript and Node.js related questions.
• Continuously improve and optimize team processes and workflows.
• Act as a mentor for junior developers
• Be able to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the bridge between the development team and the rest of the company

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and Node.js development
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as #React, #Web #components (#lit) and #Angular is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for coding and a desire to continuously improve.
• Bonus points for anyone with actual #superpowers (but not required)
