In today’s Modern Scenario the Talent Acquisition for an Industry is becoming critical day by day. Industry mapping is one of the great tools for Talent Acquisition.  Industry mapping for talent acquisition involves creating a structured and comprehensive overview of the talent landscape within a specific industry or sector. This process is vital for organizations looking to identify, attract, and retain top talent. Some Steps for Industry Mapping is as under:

1.    Define Your Objectives: Clearly outline your goals and objectives for industry mapping. Are you looking to identify potential candidates, assess competitors, or understand the industry's talent trends? Knowing your purpose will guide your efforts.
