Ephemeral looking and buzzing with glazing colors, the sculptural museum structure explores the future of our built environment amid sea level rises and climate change concerns. This project will be presented in several cities heavily affected by extreme fluctuations, like Dubai, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Busan.

OpenAI’s new GPT-4o lets people interact using voice or video in the same model
OpenAI just debuted GPT-4o, a new kind of AI model that you can communicate with in real time via live voice conversation, video streams from your phone, and text. The model is rolling out over the next few weeks and will be free for all users through both the GPT app and the web interface, according to the company. Users who subscribe to OpenAI’s paid tiers, which start at $20 per month, will be able to make more requests.

"Forty-one per cent of architects now using AI" says RIBA report
Close to half of UK architects are now utilising artificial intelligence to carry out their projects, a report by the Royal Institute of British Architects has revealed. The survey, which is the Royal Institute of British Architects' (RIBA) first examination of the industry's use of artificial intelligence (AI), revealed that 41 per cent of UK architects are already employing the technology "on at least the occasional project".
