In this Book, Chapter 11 covers the "SAP Business Planning and Consolidation for S/4HANA Finance" as a new functionality introduced with SAP S/4HANA Finance. It was previously named as Integrated Business Planning for Finance.
This chapter covers the setup, configuration, and functionality provided with
the embedded planning function within SAP S/4HANA Finance. It includes the
integration of Microsoft Excel predefined templates, the SAP Business Client,
and a web client. It also demonstrates SAP HANA views that support direct real time access to master data and the FI-CO transaction tables.
