I'm a Arian;therefore,I am!
When you ask someone to change their behavior—be it sarcasm, eye-rolling, angry outbursts, or stubborn attitude—they will usually respond with something like "Oh, that's just the way I am"? Justification is one way that people regularly avoid taking personal responsibility. We make excuses for our behavior based on a long boring list of reasons like—personality theory, horoscope, and the way we were raised.
I'm a Leo ; therefore, I like to be in charge (My wife is a Leo). My numerology chart says I love freedom, so it's difficult for me to follow.
If you notice these, no matter what you want to believe, you can always find some method that makes sense to you to back it up?
As a way to make positive change—you need to decide not to make excuses for bad behavior or irresponsible patterns.
"Every human being has three basic needs, the need for security, the need for relationship, and the need for getting what they want. You try to get these needs met in different ways depending upon your personality type. Sometimes your ways work for you and sometimes your methods work against you."
"If you want to expand into self-mastery there is a universal growth process which Dr.Daniels says as the 4 A's: Awareness, Acceptance, Action, and Adherence. You can own your personality instead of letting it own you. Once you own your personality then you are liberated."
