I would advise 2 things; never do anything you do not want to do, and learn to say NO to additional chores our requests outside of work.

I'd tell you two things: don't do stuff you don't want to do, and learn to say "no" to extra tasks or favors.

It's important to do things that make you happy and that you care about. If you don't want to do something, it's okay to say "no."

Saying "no" to extra chores or favors is also important. It's easy to feel like you have to say "yes" to everything, but that can make you feel overwhelmed. It's okay to set boundaries and say "no" sometimes.

Saying "no" might feel hard, but it's a way to take care of yourself. It shows that you respect your own time and energy.

And saying "no" can actually help your relationships too. When you set boundaries, people know you value your time and they'll respect you more.

At work, saying "no" to extra tasks can help you keep a good balance between work and life. It's important to have time for yourself outside of work.

So, remember: it's okay to say "no" to things you don't want to do, and it's important to set boundaries and take care of yourself.
