How Should You Respond When Donors Say "No"?

7yWell done Martin. If we are not getting no's, we are not asking enough. I like to count my no's just like my yeses. Depending on the donor file and the situation, I know that I will get 6-7 no's for every yes. Having that knowledge prevents me from getting blocked or sidetracked from the no's.
