We started offering a voice-enabled remote control and voice search in 2016. In 2017, as a part of Entertainment OS 3, Swisscom TV started to understand more things than just search terms, enabling the customer to control more and more aspects of the product by voice commands.
And what our customers love about it is: All of this works in Swiss German dialects, French, Italian, English and German.
