Hope of Hopes!

I am an American, and I love America. I don’t love America out of some shallow and base sentiment that we are the biggest and baddest, or the richest and most powerful nation.  This sentiment is for moral cowards and spiritual parasites of human nobility, resting, as they do, on unearned laurels. Instead, as one who stands ready for the good and noble fight, I love America for what we aspire to: fairness, human rights, benevolence, justice, and most importantly, rule Of, By and For the People. So, while many of my previous blogs outline the challenges and proximate failures of our promising nation, this blog will celebrate our singular hope. A hope that I feel deeply called to work toward advancing– out of my truest patriotism!

This hope of hopes is called New American Spring, and I have coined it out of my personal sense of calling to advance our great American Experiment in history. Feel free to smile at my possible hubris. I only ask that you humor me for a bit, even if only for my good intentions.

You see, We, the People were never encouraged or even allowed to take the reins of our government. Our country therefore degenerated into an oligarchic and elitist rule, as I laid out in my Liberal Democracy Verses the CCP blog. The bottom line is, if our American leaders, throughout our history, had truly been dedicated to a rule of the People, they would have first championed widespread, civic education. Relentlessly! For the momentum of ignorance is great among men. They would have acknowledged that an uneducated People can never successfully rule themselves. The basics of American civics would have been made a staple of the American educational system, so that, at the very least, every citizen would be fortified with the special understanding of what America stands for! As surely as one plus one equals two.

This approach, however, was never taken for two possible reasons. First, our original leaders might have been adherents of a secret society based, elitist agenda from the get-go. Wherefore, according to their nefarious vision, they perhaps saw the People as sheep to be led. Second, our subsequent leaders most certainly became a political class, over time, with their own interest in self-preservation. Wherefore they were also inexorably “bought” by the moneyed class which fueled their campaigns. Yet whatever the reasons or combination thereof, a rule Of, By, and For the People was never taken seriously. New American Spring, therefore, is the first and most explicit program to do just this. On the very level and caliber of Thomas Jefferson’s aptitude itself, yet this time, rendering his mere dream into a serious effort. A vision, moreover, perhaps just right for our very times, as if to say that the People’s true time has finally come.

May my audacious boast not have caused you to finally teeter away! For of course, there have been and are still many groups and organizations in existence for the “salvation of America,” yet I double down, none as comprehensive in its genius as New American Spring. I call upon the reader to therefore do what any truly reasonable and intelligent person would do, to take my claim seriously enough to investigate the program. If only in virtue of the truth that, as the wise know, light might shine from the most unexpected places.

Most importantly, a pure influence on our part which transcends the right verses left ideological divide which conquers our true power. And even as our present government and our country experience profound challenges in the context of our global-competitive environment. Because even if America were to face the greatest catastrophe of very dissolution as a nation-state, should our New American Spring establish itself among the remnant, there would be no other place in the entire world where a genuine People’s rule exists.

Wherefore America will remain an imperishable beacon of hope…
