H&J Martin Group Appoints Peter as Fit Out Commercial Director

In a significant career milestone, Peter has been appointed as the new Fit Out Commercial Director at H&J Martin Group, a company renowned for its storied history and landmark projects, including Belfast City Hall and Harrods Knightsbridge.

Peter's journey in the construction industry is a testament to his dedication and expertise. Beginning his career as an electrician at the age of 16, he quickly demonstrated a passion for the field. His pursuit of higher education led him to John Moores University, where he earned an HND in Building and Quantity Surveying in 2008, followed by a First Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying in 2012.

Joining H&J Martin Group in 2019 as a Quantity Surveyor, Peter's talent and leadership skills soon saw him rise through the ranks. By 2021, he had been promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Fit Out division, and in 2023, he took on the role of Fit Out Commercial Manager. Over the past six years, Peter has worked with some of the most prestigious clients in the UK and Ireland, including Harrods, BBC, Next, Sephora, PureGym, and the Connaught Hotel. His ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and consultants has been instrumental in the growth of H&J Martin's Fit Out division.

Looking to the future, H&J Martin Group is poised for continued success in both Fit Out and Facilities Management. The company's commitment to developing new and existing client relationships, along with the grass roots development within the H&J Academy to nurture the next generation of talent, bodes well for the years ahead.
