Hey everyone! Welcome to this experimental podcast—created entirely by AI using Google’s experimental Notebook LLM!
About a month ago Google added the ability to generate a podcast, where two people a man and a woman, mimicked a podcast conversation based up some documentation you upload.
I played and then got distracted by other work. A good buddy reminded me of this awesome tool this week and I decided to quickly revisit and give it another test run. The podcast below is the result of a pass.
Now, I’ve got to admit, it’s got a few quirks here and there, but honestly, it’s a pretty awesome illustration of just how powerful AI has become. With nothing more than a simple prompt, this example of a ‘podcast episode' was whipped up in minutes!
Oh, and by the way, this is a blatant personal ad—you’ll hear all about the exciting things I’ve been doing with Generative AI, both at work and at home. It will sound like its repeating around the 10 minute mark, its not, its because its just that first run. I thought I’d leave it as is, no refinements, so you can better judge the awesomeness.
So sit back, enjoy the ride, and remember, if AI can create this podcast in two minutes, imagine what it can do for you, and as someone said,, “you won’t be replaced by AI, just someone who knows how to use it better than you."
