France-UK PhD opportunity: Smart Healthcare System with Federated Learning

There is a funding opportunity for a joint France-UK PhD scholarship on "Smart Healthcare System with Federated Learning". The applicant needs to apply for the scholarship jointly with Dr Kim Phuc Tran and Prof Ludovic Koehl of the Human Centered Design (HCD) team, GEMTEX research laboratory, ENSAIT, French Grande Ecole in Roubaix, France, and Prof Shujun Li at the University of Kent in the UK, as joint supervisors. The successful applicant is expected to split time between the ENSAIT in France and the University of Kent in the UK, and a dual PhD degree will be awarded by both institutions. The monthly stipend will be ~1,450 EUR, plus 600-800 EUR during the period in the UK. Deadline for application: 1 April 2020.
