Barracuda Networks, a cybersecurity company protecting against complex threats for all-sized businesses, has unveiled new threat detection capabilities fueled by multimodal AI. With these features, Barracuda delivers adaptive, context-aware protection against emerging attacks with enhanced accuracy and speed by correlating and analyzing diverse text and visual data types, including URLs, documents, images, QR codes, and more.
Bitwarden Releases Findings From Its World Password Day 2025 Survey
Bitwarden, an open-source password management solution provider, recently released the findings from its annual global survey for World Password Day. The company surveyed over 2,300 employed adults in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Japan to highlight generational trends in password habits. Findings include that 35 percent of Gen Z respondents never or rarely update passwords after a data breach at a company with which they have an account.
Datadog is Set to Acquire Eppo
Datadog, a monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, has acquired Eppo, a feature flagging and experimentation platform. Datadog will tightly integrate Eppo's functionalities with its existing Product Analytics suite to create a full end-to-end product analytics solution on one platform. Eppo will continue supporting its existing customers, as well as bringing on new customers, as part of Eppo by Datadog.
Epicor Announces the Availability of New Agentic AI Capabilities
Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software, has announced the general availability of its latest agentic AI capabilities, Epicor Prism, predictive ML, and Epicor Grow AI. Epicor AI is built to cover over 200 use cases across multiple business functions. Epicor Prism is also available for integration with Epicor Industry ERP Cloud, including Epicor Prophet 21 and Epicor Kinetic. These enhancements will help organizations streamline information retrieval, enhance decision making with rapid visual analysis, increase employee responsiveness, fast-track employee onboarding, and more.
FICO Announces New Marketplace Digital Hub
FICO has launched the FICO Marketplace, a groundbreaking digital hub designed to connect organizations with top-tier data and analytics providers. The innovative new Marketplace offers easy access to data, artificial intelligence (AI) models, optimization tools, decision rulesets, and machine learning models, which deliver enterprise business outcomes from AI. The first providers to join the FICO Marketplace include iPacket, LexisNexis, Mitek, Plaid, Prove, and SentiLink.
IBM and Salesforce Detail Their Integration Partnership
IBM and Salesforce have announced an integration partnership that will give customers access to their business data in IBM Z mainframes and Db2 databases, enabling them to use that data to power AI use cases on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. With this integration, businesses can use AI agents to complete back-to-front office connections using data from IBM Z mainframes and leverage Salesforce Zero Copy via an integration between IBM watsonx.data and Salesforce Data Cloud. The integration is planned for a June 2025 release.

The updates include intelligent least privilege access, risk remediation policy recommendations, and a new privileged task automation module enabled by Qntrl, Zoho's unified workflow orchestration platform. These newly added capabilities will help companies automate enterprise-wide administrative routines, enforce least privilege at scale with intelligent, context-aware controls, and reduce security risks.
OpenAna Unveils 'World's First' Autonomous AI/ML Engineer
OpenAna, the innovation-driven AI company, has launched Ana, one of the world’s first Autonomous AI/ML Engineers. Ana is capable of independently building machine learning pipelines, optimizing models, managing deployments, and evolving architectures with minimal human intervention. Qlik, a global data integration, data quality, analytics, and artificial intelligence provider, has acquired the Qloud Cover Migration technology from Stretch Qonnect, a long-standing Qlik Elite Solution Provider. With this automated solution, to be branded as the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool, Qlik can eliminate the complexity of migrating from QlikView, Qlik Sense, and NPrinting to Qlik Cloud. It will be made available through Qlik at no cost to customers or via Qlik-certified partners.
Safe Software Debits FME Realize, an AR Solution for Field Workers
Safe Software, an "All-Data, Any-AI" enterprise integration vendor, has announced FME Realize, an Augmented Reality (AR) solution that connects field workers to an organization’s entire data ecosystem, including digital twins, through Augmented Reality. FME Realize aims to bridge the gap between the digital world and the physical world by extending the power of the FME Platform to spatial computing. It's built on Safe’s no-code platform and designed with field workers in mind, allowing users to visualize, update, and interact with digital twins in real-time and in context from any iOS device.
Salesforce Launches Agentforce for HR Service
Salesforce has announced Agentforce for HR Service, a new collection of AI-powered capabilities embedded directly into HR Service, an employee service solution with an Employee Portal and HR Service Console for HR teams. The collection introduces a suite of out-of-the-box topics and actions that empower employees to get answers and take action with the help of AI agents, all while working alongside HR teams to scale support to more employees and focus on complex problem-solving. Additional use cases include employee program tracking, HR case management, employee detail updates, time off request management, and expense tracking.
ServiceNow Unveils an AI-Powered CRM
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has unveiled the next milestone of its CRM solution. With its AI-powered CRM, companies can sell, fulfill, and provide services from a unified platform that drives memorable end-to-end customer experiences. The company also announced new AI agents for CRM capable of completing tasks autonomously, scaling call centers and sales teams, and making true self-service a reality. ServiceNow made these announcements at Knowledge 2025, its annual customer and partner event.
ServiceNow Reveals Its AI Control Tower
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has launched the AI Control Tower. This centralized command center allows companies to govern, manage, secure, and realize value from any ServiceNow and third‑party AI agent, model, and workflow on a single unified platform. It's designed to optimize AI investments and ensure seamless, responsible integration into customers' enterprise strategies. The company also announced the AI Agent Fabric solution, which delivers new agent‑to‑agent and multi‑model communication and collaboration levels.
Skiilify Survey Finds: AI Won't Replace You, But Lack of Soft Skills Might
As the first in an ongoing quarterly series of studies from Skiilify, the initial study finds that nearly all (94 percent) of technology leaders felt that resilience and other critical soft skills are required for the future, but many fail to get the proper training required. With AI, automation, and globalization reshaping the workforce, soft skills have emerged as the key differentiator for career advancement and organizational agility.
SonicWall Details a Suite of Products for MSPs
SonicWall, a cybersecurity solution provider, has unveiled a full suite of products and services that are "purpose-built" to meet the evolving needs of managed service providers (MSPs) and their customers with end-to-end cyber protection and profitable service expansion. The new offering includes Managed Protection Service Suite (MPSS) Firewall Management, providing 24/7 monitoring that allows MSPs of all sizes to offer managed firewall services backed by SonicWall's SonicSentry Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
SugarCRM Fully Integrates sales-i Into Its Sales Automation Solution
SugarCRM, a sales-centric CRM provider, has announced that the sales-i solution it acquired in 2024 has been fully integrated with the Sugar Sell sales automation offering. The integration will help SugarCRM customers improve their B2B sales performance by better understanding the complexity of their customers, product data, and orders. This will make it easier for sellers to identify changes in customer buying behaviors that highlight at-risk customers and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

WisdomAI has officially launched from stealth with $23M in funding led by Coatue Ventures. Madrona, GTM Capital, The Anthology Fund, and a number of prominent angel investors also participated.
