We conducted comprehensive Care Act 14 Assessments, Reviews, and Support Plans for individuals in Supported Living Services. This project achieved all its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identified over £1.15 million in potential savings. We implemented rigorous quality assurance measures, streamlined assessments, and leveraged data to deliver targeted efficiency savings without compromising the standard of care.
Our tailored, person-centred assessments have been integral to this success. By conducting face-to-face evaluations and involving families, managers, and carers, we ensured that each individual’s needs were fully understood. This meticulous approach reduced duplication, optimised staffing, and effectively allocated resources—maximising cost-efficiency.
Our Amazing Team
None of this would be possible without the commitment and expertise of our incredible team. I am immensely proud of our internal team, diverse panel of independent social workers, care professionals, and specialists who work tirelessly to make a difference. Their dedication to delivering top-tier assessments and care plans is a testament to the high standards we set at ASCS. Every achievement reflects their hard work, and I want to take this opportunity to thank each of them.
Diversity and Inclusion in Our Work
Diversity is one of our core strengths. From the range of services we provide to the vast array of professionals we collaborate with, diversity in our teams, partnerships, and approaches is critical to delivering comprehensive, inclusive solutions in social care. It’s what allows us to respond to the varied needs of individuals and provide support that truly makes an impact.

We thank all our partners and collaborators for your trust and continued support. Together, we are making a real difference in the social care landscape, driving excellence and efficiency.
