Does learning Figma make you a designer ?

I've been thinking about the idea that Figma proficiency equals design expertise.

In today's digital world, Figma is practically synonymous with design. With its intuitive interface, collaborative features, and robust functionality, it's the perfect tool for everything from basic wireframes to polished prototypes. But the big question is: does mastering Figma automatically make you a designer?
