• Decision Management & Personalized Customer Experience (CX): AI can be used to analyze large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends that are harded to navigate, collect and implement manually. Advertisement giants like Google and others are already using the search data from users to provide a more personalized advertisement experience that resonates more with the needs of an individual and curate it further by constantly adding and monitoring other available data-sets to make advertisement based decision making easier and more robust. Some companies are even using AI powered services from google and bing to do more pattern based searching, providing ability to customers to get language translation for products with accuracy and learnign customer patterns.

In my opinion, AI is a powerful tool that can be used to accelerate digital transformation. By automating tasks, improving decision-making, and personalizing customer experiences, AI can help businesses to become more efficient, profitable, and customer-centric. The future of AI in digital transformation is bright. As AI technology continues to develop, it will become even more powerful and versatile.
