- 43% is using some technology to monitor the delivery of your product.
- 66% consider it important have options about of payment method for your purchase.
- 51% think that in the future they will spend much more time in online stores than in physical stores.
- 30% feel that they do not receive clear information of how companies are using their personal information.
- 25% do not believe that their favorite stores know their purchase history to provide a better service.
- 65% believe that the option of buying directly from the manufacturers will increase in coming years.
