Did you know that there is an app that detects lost pets through artificial intelligence
Pillar notifications for lost pets no longer have the previous function and are not very efficient. With technology, every area of life has developed differently, and the opportunities to make life easier for humanity are greater.
Pets play an important role in the lives of their owners, and if owners lose their dog, for example, it is like losing a family member. But now the effort to find lost pets is easier, through the application that solves the problem.
An American mobile app reconnects lost pets with their owners, using artificial intelligence, and it does its job with very high success rates.
US startup Shadow has created a free iOS and Android mobile app in collaboration with animal rescue organizations and veterinary clinics to help owners locate lost pets.
It uses artificial intelligence to match photos uploaded by lost pet owners with those taken by people who find lost animals, such as conservation organizations or ordinary individuals, but also with photos that may be circulating on social media.

A recent study conducted in collaboration with social media for pet friends Pet2Net showed that artificial intelligence can help, up to 95% in locating lost animals through photo identification.
According to US reports, the app has already reunited nearly 10,000 dogs with their owners since 2018, when it began operating in the New York area.
The usage of artificial intelligence to identify animals is not a new idea, as Microsoft has long used it to control endangered animals, while in India it has a program to track monkeys (which are popular pets in the most populous republics of the world). China uses artificial intelligence to control cows and pigs.
Technology is becoming more and more the arm of humanity, and it is helping people every day more with the problems of their daily lives. As you can see, the modern way to solve problems is through technology apps. Are you curious to see how this app works? However, no one would not wish your pet to get lost on the streets.
