D365BC Wave 2 2021: Unlock time sheets in Business Central using assisted setup and data entry on mobile devices

Hello there Dynamics 365 Lovers!

Have you examined the Dynamics 365 Business Central Supply Chain features?

The process of entering your first time should be as simple as possible. Timesheets are used by many employees. When creating time sheets for the first time or adding an employee or resource to record the time spent on tasks, you as the time sheet administrator or manager want to make sure that Business Central has you covered.

Microsoft made it feasible for us to use the Set Up Time Sheets setup guide to help you set up time sheets and designate the participants in the process as part of the 2021 release wave 1 plan. The time sheet administrator, the resources who register their time, and the approvers are all participants. The Time Sheet page has been reorganized to make it easier for users to identify specific time sheets, make the caption stand out more, and display important details. You can give it a time sheet name that makes it easy to find and you can quickly spot the unit of measure and the total for our regsitration. Its now easier than ever to get started with time sheets.

Let’s now take a look in these configurations.

First, select the search icon, enter Assisted Setup then choose the related link.
