  1. Customer gets value benefits from product/ services. Customer realize value of their investment - ROI.
  2. Customer achieved their business goals through Solution/ services like increased revenue, service automation, reduced cost, greater business visibility, increased productivity, take business to the next level- scalability.
  3. Customer is delighted with overall service offering/ product functionalities and start advocating about it.
  4. Customer's expectations are getting fulfilled and hence ready to invest further in product/ service.
  5. Customer is getting all required support, good experience from service/ product vendor and hence continue using it.
