Life's Greatest Skill - Mind Control

Life's Greatest Skill - Mind Control

"The human that conquers its mind, is greater than one that conquers a thousand humans in battle." ~ Ancient Indian AND Ancient Chinese proverb. 🧠

How do you "conquer your own mind"?

1. Self-awareness - Knowing your own strengths & weaknesses will help you find better career paths, better relationships, and more peace. Analyze your mind often. Ideally through 20 minutes of daily meditation.

2. Conquering your cravings - Taking care of your physical body is a DUTY for all humans. It is the base requirement for long term stability & happiness. Enjoy your experiences but never ABUSE your body with them. Be stronger than your physical urges. A healthy body and the chase for good physical health give rise to a WARRIOR mind.

3. Ask for help - Identify mentors or "guru" figures in your life. Lots of good (and evolved) humans out there waiting to share their knowledge. Find them and respectfully ask questions. The wisdom that is passed on to you will help you mature faster than you would naturally. A mature mind is a FITTER mind.

4. Mental exercise - The ability to think positive. Negative incidents, negative experiences & negative people will only affect you if you give them permission to affect you. If you focus ONLY on the present and the future, the past stops being painful. Learn to not allow your mind to overthink. When the overthinking starts, you think of something positive that you have gratitude for. Or you think of the ULTIMATE positive dream you are working towards.

Bhayya I want mentor (guru) plz help us.
