On Completing 9 Years In The Salesforce Ecosystem

Aloha Text Marketers and Salesforce Trailblazers!

As an app, we’ve had the immense pleasure of launching a bevy of new communication features in our 9th year like new communication channels (WhatsApp, Ringless Voicemail, Viber, WeChat, Telephony), a Compliance Management Module, a Chrome Extension for 360 SMS on WhatsApp, a custom link shortening service, and shared shortcodes. 

All through, we saw 360 SMS gain more traction with the app being adopted by more industry leaders and household names across the industry and geographies with our effort to bring clients pioneering capabilities and bleeding-edge technology for business messaging.

Of course, we couldn’t do this without a dedicated team of backroom heroes working behind the curtain.

The past year was tough on full-time moms and dads home-schooling their children while juggling work and all the interruptions in between. 

And even through this, teams up-skilled heavily and honed their skills to give us and our clients their best work. 

In the past year alone, our Salesforce team of 200+ expanded to a strength of 450+ and now has 254+ combined certifications between us, ranging from Salesforce Developers to Cloud Specialists to technical and Solution Architects.

So at this year’s Monsoon Bash, it was a pleasure for me to felicitate this group of high-flying performers that set benchmarks, even from home.

I’m glad to be part of such an amazing group of people. I’m also perpetually amazed at the new perspectives and energy they bring to product development and support - they never cease to surprise me.

As we grow in size every year, I eagerly await for 2022, when we’ll finally turn ten.
