Center for Social Dynamics Celebrates the First 60 Graduates of the Dreams Come True Program

Center for Social Dynamics ("CSD") announces its first cohort of college graduates since launching the Dreams Come True program in July 2022. Dreams Come True is a top-tier education benefit that provides the entire workforce at CSD the opportunity to earn an undergraduate or graduate degree fully funded by CSD through participating partner universities.
Since launch, almost 370 individuals have enrolled in Dreams Come True. Of this first graduating cohort, 73% are first-generation college graduates and 74% have pursued degrees in psychology and applied behavior analysis ("ABA"). We are excited to see the future leaders in the field of ABA emerging and to celebrate the hard work and determination of our team members.

CSD has a long-standing focus on providing career pathways and education opportunities. Through our partnership with Strayer University and Capella University, we offer access to over 70 degree programs, ranging from associate to doctoral levels, and to certificate programs, all fully covered by the CSD education benefit. Employees can also attend the college of their choice and receive partial funding, including National University's clinician-based cohort model.

8moI am personally a part of CSD’s Dreams Come True program, and I couldn’t be more thankful for it! Not only do they help pay for the colleges associated with them, but they also give out reimbursements for students that go to different universities! I currently go to CU Denver, and having this reimbursement opportunity opens fields for me to get my masters in psychology and ALSO minor in human development. I’m planning on staying with the company until I get my masters to become a BCBA with them! Take advantage of this opportunity because I know how getting into debt can really be challenging to deal with. Another positive about the company in general is that they are a wonderful community, especially the Colorado region where I’m from. I have been trained to the best of my ability and continue to receive support, even after working here for 8+ months now! They are super communicative and supportive. I couldn’t have been luckier to find this company!
