We’ve integrated AI into our NRCS using the Octopus approach, which isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. We give our customers the freedom to choose which AI tools they want to use and how they want to use them. They can create “shortcuts”—predefined prompts for common actions like summarizing, translating, or fact-checking. Additionally, they have the option to run their own LLM on-premise to ensure data security. We also feed the local AI system with news content from Octopus, enabling them to provide users with up-to-date insights.
