While PowerPoint is still great tool for any type of presentations and the majority still enjoys it, we can occasionally run into the situation when we want the topic to be just a little bit more animated while presenting it.

So far so good, we know more animation has better chance of acceptance but if we are busy, do we really have time to learn professional animation software just to impress the audience with slightly different approach for our presentation?

This was the challenge I needed to go through after one of my friends asked me to help him to create presentation for his marketing speech. There was clear requirement to get good, cheap and easy software for that purpose.

Exploring the market, we could find quite some companies (mostly SAAS-cloud based) that did meet requirements in one way, we tested Powtoon, Moovly and others that were great but if you really wanted to express yourself and reflect your ideas through the animation, we found a challenge since for many special animations or features we wanted to deploy, there were extra pricings for that. 3 options were presented at that moment. First paying for the full features, many times monthly subscription was involved, second forgetting about the inspiration and just adapting ideas to limited features of the tool or third keep looking for better and more straight forward option that would meet the requirements.

Third option was decided and it was not regretted and as we spent some time on finding great software, I decided to share the experience with you. It might help you with your next great presentation you will want to create and share.

We switched our search from SAAS companies to desktop software's companies that allows you to download the software and use it on your PC (same as PowerPoint works).

Software offers great features, and it is really user friendly and simple to use.

To your standard or customized animations, you can include music, your own pictures (and animate them) and even videos, you can record voice, put the subtitles etc... This is all included within the software itself. Pricing is affordable but you can also take advantage of their free trial period.

Playing around with free trial and to show some capabilities of the tool I quickly created short demo video you can play below. Together with CrazyTalk Animator I was using free Windows Movie Maker to join all scenes that were exported from the software.

*Video was inspired by a business opportunity that another old friend from University successfully brought it to live but I wanted to visualize it for that demo as I found it very interesting idea also for Spain, so if a part of the software recommendation you've also got your future business idea that would be just the cherry on the cake for my purpose with that article :)
