Big Thank You from Microsoft and looking forward to what we can achieve together in the New Year

As we all break from work to spend time with families and friends, I wanted to extend a BIG thank you from the Microsoft family to all of you who engage and use our products. It is you who bring what we do to life and the continued support and feedback which helps push us to build better, transformational and inclusive products is greatly appreciated.

Hopefully you have heard from the wider Modern Workplace team around how you can leverage our technology stack to do more with less and set yourselves up for success as we work through these challenging times.

As a recap I wanted to call out some key highlights and thoughts from 2022 and set up some ideas on what we can achieve together in 2023!

• We all have invested in some great technology, and it is time we all learnt to leverage more of it to help us be more productive, efficient and do more with less. • Let's all grow and learn together in 2023 - We have a fantastic opportunity to enhance learning within our organisations using technology. When hiring is compeitive we want to make sure we are giving our employees the opportunity and training to grow and skill up in different areas - The Future of Employee Learning - Microsoft Community Hub

• Make the spaces we work more of a place and bring our communities together both physically and digitally. • Continue to build a more inclusive, accessible and sustainable world and empower every individual and organisation to achieve more. Also think about how technology can help us build a more sustainable future Microsoft sustainability.
