Artificial Intelligence Driven Hiring

IT and software industry is doing hiring in a conventional way even when there are various ways to use Deep Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and host of other Artificial Intelligence Technique. We still have the old school ATS ( Applicant Tracking System) which track applications in a human centric workflow. This ensures that the people who release the JD and people who sort, sift through applicant have a disconnect. People in talent acquisition who have limited experience keep on doing basic keyword search and nobody is able to really "Profile" the candidate and then match with the "Job Description". This whole process has to be automated through extensive use of AI techniques.

Ya - this is all the more important  when even IT/Comp jobs are on downtrend as per NASSCOM and re-iterated by AICTE recently .. AI way of connect between Demand & Supply can be certainly more value added service to the Job seekers.. Aren't global reputed Recruitment service companies "looking" for it? Or even here it is a case of "search" on either side and connect is missing ? btw: Akash Do you have it ..?if some progressive recruiting agency is "looking" for betterment ? 

This is one easy relatively straightforward case - especially when it comes to first level filtering like what they do with recruiters.
