APQP process chart: Simplifying the entire process for easy understanding

The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Control Plan Manual is currently in its 2nd Edition, with the eagerly anticipated 3rd Edition scheduled for release on March 1st, 2024, as per the information available on the AIAG website.

The APQP process is structured into five essential phases:

Phase 1: Planning

Phase 2: Product Design and Development

Phase 3: Process Design and Development

Phase 4: Product and Process Validation

Phase 5: Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Each phase is intricately connected, with specific inputs and outputs guiding the progression to the subsequent step.

As we eagerly await the release of the upcoming edition, it remains crucial to thoroughly examine and understand the existing version. In light of this, I've devised a comprehensive process map to enhance the comprehension of the manual.
