Analytics matters for your chatbot too

That’s why we integrated Jetlink platform to Dashbot.io where you can see lots of beautiful numbers regarding your chatbot such as paths that user follow or don’t follow, popular intents, engagement, retention, not-handled intents etc.

Dashbot.io provides almost everyting that our customers expect. Even if you have a bot in Facebook or web (How it is called as Generic in Dashbot.io), we feed data to this platform and then you enjoy seeing how well your chatbots are performing.

Connecting your Jetlink chatbot to Dashbot.io is quite easy.

  • Go to Settings page and click on Dashbot.io option,
  • Click on “Add a new Dashbot integration” button
  • Enter your details on below screen (choose Jetlink chatbot, choose type of bot and enter API key)

And you did it!

It is pretty straight forward and easy to feed your Jetlink chatbot data into Dashbot.io. After that, you can go to your Dashbot account and see the chatbot analytics.
