Will You Judge From Process which is asked to follow or Skills which help to achieve the end result ??

Hello Team,

I just wanted to know, on what basis you screen out any suitable candidate for a particular profile?

If any company has asked to follow the process for completing the task, no matter what is the process (correct/incorrect), but it is asked to follow the same (you tried to change, but still you can’t make any change's).

But at the time of new opportunity when it is ask that, what are the process you are following to complete assigned task, and you elaborate the same which was asked to follow. (which is wrong according to the opportunity provider) mean while you are technically strong admitted by opportunity provider.

Still Candidate get reject!! Reason (you follow incorrect process)
